Morning guys!

I've just received a life-changing message from a Nigerian Prince's cousin (who is a well-known banker in England) regarding my £4'500'000. Just letting you all know, after I collect my money, I am going to be buying an abandoned 18th century mansion here in Ireland, renovate it and turn it into an Entrepreneurship Heaven for us all!

P.S.: Here's the mansion I am about to purchase for us all Cahercon House, Kildysart, Co. Clare

No joke, one of this first things I'm doing if I exit is buying an abandoned/ruined castle in Ireland and renovating it and turning it into a vacation home/event venue.

Cool goal! You could get a decent abandoned mini-mansion, like the one above, for €200-€300k. Just imagine how much hidden history you could uncover while renovating it! The house I posted is more than 200 years old, has rich history and God knows how many hidden treasures you could find there...it's mind-blowing.

Has it indoor plumbing? I call the room with the falling plaster and rabid possum infestation! Nothing like turning up the pressure to get me focused on my fastlane goals.

On a side note, really lovely mansion tbh. I saw lots of nice places while thrashing a Kia Picanto around the Northern Ireland countryside last summer, haven't been in the south yet though.

Exactly! I studied archealogy and history in college and thatd be half the fun of the renovation.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with these crazy goals.

History grad here too! I'd be very pleased to walk the grounds with a metal detector for a day.

I think it has everything installed (plumbing, electricity, etc.) It seems it just needs some construction work to be done.

Anyone with a sense of style and a few million euros on the side could turn this abandoned gem into a beast!
