I am working on a start-up along with learning to trade stocks ( I have done very well and I have also lost a lot due to mistakes also). However both of these things require start-up capital. I would like to learn new ways to make money without money or working 9-5 for the man for little or no $. I have always made money with money invested. I just do not really know how to do it without investing $.

I do not want to get another job and do the whole 9-5 thing. I am honestly not a great employee, its not for me. There is just is not enough $ in it to be bossed around all day, it doesn't add up. Plus there is no better feeling then making it on your own. Its true financial freedom.

I was just looking to get some advice/ideas on how to make money without working the 9-5, or investing cash. Kind of like starting a small little business. I was thinking about getting a real estate license because you are kinda doing your own thing with that and im great at sales. But I just wanted to see if I could get some creativity going here. Is anyone else having this problem?

I figured this thread could help many others on this board. Working long hours for penny's on the dollar can be a real burden on your actual business start-up.

Thanks guys, Hope to hear back !

Based on how you do not want the venture to require start up capital I would recommend a service business.

This would probably be easier if you happen to live in a densely populated area.

A few recommendations would be to build websites for local business' if you are good at sales this should be pretty easy for you. If you host the sites yourself you could make passive income each and every month (charge them xx per month to host the site)

Another idea would be to start a reputation management company for local business' in your area.

Lastly you could start a SaaS company.

Provide value to someone/something. Find a lawn service that needs clients, find clients for them. Do it for free a few times then ask for a cut. Instant business - no money down. Structure it where all future business (from the clients you procured) gets you a small cut, repeat...fastlane.

Of course I just used the lawn care business as an example.
