I was listening to the audio version of M.J's Millionaire Fastlane and I had a question about something M.J said.
Around 16 min. 50 sec. in, in chapter 18 he says "8% and 40 makes millionaires in 40 years....1700% and 16 million makes billionaires in 4 years."
But that does not add up for me... should it not be be $16 million x 17 = $272.000.000 ($272 mil.) ???
How came he says you can become a billionaire in 4 years. You can only sell the asset once!
Was it an error or did I miss something?
