Or you can do Audible.com to reach a larger audience, but I suspect their commission is much higher (and the format is DRM-encumbered.)

I doubt I will offer it there. I'm going to exclusively distribute it probably as Audible wants to buy it wholesale at my cost to produce. Not worth it unless I can get them to discount it.

Yea, I'm trying to encourage physical sales over digital sales -- I got several boxes of CDs that I'd rather not inventory for an eternity.

Excellent! Big Thx MJ. I want to download the audiobook. I go to guest checkout but its still requesting for info details on address, phone, etc?? Is this correct if I'm only downloading? I'm kind of a superstar and want to be secretly unknown

I think you can enter 99999999 for the phone, but address is required for CC processing.

As for PayPal, I try to avoid them at all costs.

Great to see the audiobook here!

My 2 cents though: the price point is way too high for a digital file. The file is also too big for a download, you'll probably get a lot of support requests because of that (interrupted downloads etc). If I were you I'd re-encode it to be much smaller eg 150 MBs or something.

How can I give you my money? I don't have an Amazon account and making an account is almost as complicated as filing my taxes, (errors popup invalid email etc)

the only place it is available is at Audible, they have the exclusive distribution.
