Well duh . . . if you are dumb enough to go into business w/ANYONE (not just a wife) as a partnership, you deserve to get boo-foo'd.

Lotsa smart business couples out there. Many of them split up over time. The smart ones have already made provisions for this, WHEN THEY STARTED THE PARTNERSHIP.
