Hello there,

I am (almost definitely) starting a PC Flipping business. The business will likely run off of a Stripe (or similar) account and not a bank account.

However, PCs have a 1 in a million chance of catching on fire, if someone was to put the wrong parts in there (not really a possible thing to mess up) . I don't want to pay for someone's house if they sue me (even though it would be the manufacterer's fault)

I've gone through lots of research and it seems extremely unnecessary to go through all that, but also I'm 13, a little dumb at times and I have no idea what to do.

Help me,

Akaushra

you're overthinking it. Go make $10,000 first. If you succeed, then make an LLC and then go make $100,000.
