Right after publishing that and sending to a friend of mine that does marathons he said the same thing.
I will need to invest time into learning about this, how to measure and how to actually increase the VO2 max if I need it, which I suspect I do, because I am strong for my body-weight (dead-lift more than double my weight) but I tire quick, 8 reps of squat even with lower weight my body tells me to stop.
Does anyone know if the whoop VO2 max reading is accurate?
While I always thought my Garmin Vivoactive 6 always read a couple of points low, my Whoop VO2 max is very close to the number I get when calculating VO2max = MHR/RHR*15.3.
