I came back to Ireland and started a window cleaning business that is doing average €10k per month at the moment.

I'm getting busy and want to scale it but I'm not sure how far I can scale this thing in a small city population with around 100k people.

Next step would be getting another van, equipment, employee, training and sending them out on their own. About €20k to do.

I'm not sure how many vans could cover the work here. I was listening to a guy called Lee Pryor in the UK who was over 20 vans and he said the hardest part is getting passed the 3 van stage.
