Dear members of the Fastlane Forum,
I am a young entrepreneur seeking ways to acquire a company without any initial capital, such as through corporate debts or similar models. Since last Saturday, I have written countless emails and made numerous phone calls, unfortunately without success.
Now I wonder if I am being too impatient or if I should take the next step: noting the addresses of investment companies and starting to visit them personally next week to ask for money/investments.
The company I am looking to acquire is in the wood industry, and the deal includes a commercial property. The whole investment requires around 4 million euros (€2 million + €2 million), with the possibility of acquiring the property through a lease-purchase agreement. I do not have any equity, but I could raise between €200,000 and €300,000. The company is based in Germany, in case an investor reads this thread and finds it interesting, they can contact me anytime.
Now I ask you, experienced entrepreneurs: Do you have any suggestions for me? How can I best and most easily obtain the necessary capital to acquire the company? I am confident that I can increase the company's annual surplus, which is currently around €300,000, to €1 million per year in a few years.
I look forward to your advice and ideas.
