I've been on here for a bit and provided various topics and Sid hustles that I work towards or may attempt. This fall I will begin my education at my university and would like more business exposure. Currently I work for a start-up Ag-Tech business and will be getting licensed for real estate. I've also been making a line up of ThinkScript Indicators that I would like to eventually sell to investors and traders. On top of this I have a domain and am working to sell it before I have to renew it or lose it (not renewing) and may design and resell domains with a conceptualized homepage tailored to the domain. This summer, I want a more personal service side business/side hustle and have looked into pressure washing driveways, sidewalks, patios, and decks. There is a lot of construction in my neighborhood which stirs up debris and dirt/rocks onto the concrete paths within my neighborhood. I know many people who need or would like their driveways and stone works pressure washed. I have made a general google form asking if there is a perceived need and if clients would be interested in my services. While I wait for responses, I will take some of my investment money, work money, and graduation money to pull together capital funds which would provide me with a pressure washer, a surface cleaner, and cover some of the potential start up deficits. I'm currently looking to write a short protocol charter of operations listing cost of gasoline, water, and how much I would charge. I have a vision that if I start this with its high demand need, I can begin hiring teenagers within my community to begin the work and branch out to other services, looking for a seasonal job. Edit (I Forgot to ask my question): Would pressure washing be a viable sidehustle that I can start based on the information I provided? It can have the potential to follow the CENTS model and would provide valuable experience.
