Look for problems in your community that you can solve. Dirty driveways and sidewalks? Then get a pressure washer and wash them - charge an hourly rate and initial service fee. Do a good job at it. Not sure the rules for Israel but may need to establish LLC and for a 15 year old that may be difficult without the help of a parent.

You could also begin pet sitting, baby sitting. If you're good in school you can tutor others in your free time and have a rate for sessions.

I was in the same boat you were at 15 trying to create opportunity for myself. Its difficult with the legal limitations of not being an adult but its surprisingly easier if you open your mind to the opportunities ahead of you. What's more important for you now is to educate yourself how to make money and provide a product or service to a consumer/customer. Learn valuable and needed skills. You're already ahead of your friends and classmates considering your 15 learning and educating yourself on the Fastlane while your friends won't think about this till they are 20 or later.

In short, find common problems. Find how you can be the fiduciary and provide a service for the stakeholder. Some tips:
1. Observe
2. Empathize
3. Ideate
4. Research
5. Plan (Not too extensively, just for the most common situations)
6. Execute your plan and new business

Thanks for your splendid advice.
I saw your other post about a paypal, at your age and due to legal limitations you'll have to do service most likely through cash and check - its a little different on the money utility part but if there's already limitations with PayPal in Israel it's probably best not to try and find a work around for the time being. Cash is adequate and still widely accepted - you can market yourself as cash and check only

Yeah that's pretty tough to get around and really limits scale but there's plenty of opportunity within your local community to get started. I'm not trying to discourage you but all big fish start out as small guppies - I assume you live in one of the bigger cities like Tel Aviv? Even if you're in more rural area there's still plenty of opportunity. At your age it's not really about establishing a business that lasts, you need the experience first then when you're older - having less legal limitations and restraints then really grind out and create a business that will last.

Most people will think that you can get it first try or its as easy as just starting something. You've been educating on this through MJ's books, now begin applying the practices in small scale to prove they work for you. Right now it's about learning not about making something that lasts. You're young and you're ideas and passions may and chances are will change drastically within the next 5 years. In that time learn and practice as much as you can as a young Entrepreneur. Just like sports, playing the game is only maybe 3% of winning and is typically the catalyst to either winning or losing, the other 97% is preparation, education, skill development, improvement, competitor research/scouting, experimentation, and team work/collaboration. These aspects matter because its the 97% that make the 3% possible, the 3% of action is what proves your process

PayPal restricted in Israel? I'm kinda surprised.

Since you're 15 and have limited leverage, I recommend starting doing what the local market (society) needs help with in their daily lives. By the time you're 18, you'll have covered a lot of ground and confidence. Just my 2c.

Go to the local businesses and ask, if they let you help them in any way! Develop connections from that!

I'm from Nigeria. Paypal restricts account for some African countries including mine. Most people prefer using Paypal for payment so this is a big issue for me.
