So after whining a bit about where I am in life (underemployed almost-graduated college dopout with Progressive MS who just realized he's been a dabbling Sidewalker who just the computer he had for a job he was hired at redirected back to the job because of a Fedex mistake)....

I've finally made my way into deeper into the forum

I created my 3 FLF goals
*Save at least $300K in an emergency fund for family
*Start a business making at least $10K/a month
*Own a 4-bedroom house in Atlanta

So....
To get there i need to:
1. Designate a place to put $300K
2. Start a business
3. Figure out what kind of house I want...when I'm in an apartment

To spark this journey, I will have to move forward with the other job offer I had, for a banking company (remote) and probably bring in some gig work/freelancing

I do know that I want to write my goals down every day and update my progress on them

Beyond that I do not know...Any advice is appreciated

Day 1: I declared war on accepting excuses and dabbling in life. If I am to achieve the legacy that was written for me, I have to let go of the me that was stopping me.

Updated goals (FLF):
1-Have $300K in assets in traditional banks & cryptocurrency
2-Business that makes $10K/month
3-4-bedroom house in Atlanta

Other goals
4-Bulk up to 155 pounds-I'm skinny
5-30 days of No Porn (I've been cleean for a long time, but was slowly getting back into old habits
6-Record my bulking, shadowboxing, & qigong
7-Rebuild credit with at least one secured card
8-Complete 6 weeks of qigong and shadowboxing training

Action Items for FLF goals
1. Pick bank for savings and set up a system of checking accounts so I don't have to dive in emergency savings
2-Brainstorm ONE business that I could focus on )My issue is that I plan too mamy businesses and don't execute on any of them
3-Look at houses in Atlanta to for vision board

I've been off this...partly because I had a MAJOR relapse with major fatigue and pain over my entire body. At the same time, my priorities were more focused on staying on Indeed all day while feeling miserable)

I am going to switch up my goals.because worrying about a house when my health is crap does not make sense. I'm also going to refine my other goals:

1- Wealth Have all bank accounts (checking) in the positive and a minimum of $100 in each within 60 days
2- Legacy Create and commit to a 1-psge business plan for an LLC and register that business as an LLC within the next 60 days
3 Health Record what I eat (and how that makes my body feel) for 30 days

I am restarting Day 1, I scheduled in time in my daily schedule to report in...That was the first thing.

Second, my goals are started complicated as I always tend to make them....I tend to over plan, overestimate and underexecute

So, let's try again:
The Vision:
1-$300K in sassets
2-Business making $10K/Month
3-4 bedroom in Atlanta

To get there...
FLF Goals
1. Make sure all bank accounts in the positive My next goal is to start feeding each bank account to reach the 100 in each account The hard part...I'm employed, but the job doesn't start until June 13th. I can do some gig work, but I have to. I do know I need to focus on one account at a time Done
2. Business making $10K/month-This is the area I am stuck in. After reading "Unscripted ", I realize that I did not actually understand what an entrepreneur. Will keep brainstorming Brainstorming
3-Apartment-I'm actually living with a family member and need to save while continuing plans to build credit & income Brainstorming

Supporting Goals
4-Bulking-Eat 2500 calories each day. This is the start and I will build up from there. It is not the 3500 calories I should eat to gain mass quickly but I am just starting on this path on a consistent basis. I also got seriously depressed after I felt like another relapse was happening and I was starting to have an anxiety attack. Either way I did not hit Not done
5 AIP Diet-Not done
6 Morning/Evening Qigong & Shadowbocing or Bodyweight. Do a morning/evening qigong and either a shadowboxing or bodyweight workout for the 7 consecutive days--Did a few minutes of a morning session. Still time to do evening session Not done
7-30 days No Porn-Done. Week already passed
8-The original goal was to blog for 30 days, but I now see that I goal didn't really support my FLF goals...It was more for accountability...but I'm already sharing my progress here, so I will focus on another goal: Making dent in debt. Goal: Pay off at least one bill within the next 60 days Brainstorming

Did you complete these 3?
I did the first 2, I did not finish all of the last one...which I'm thinking should be a priority should the current goal is in its place is to get an LLC for the business idea I do not have planned yet.

My health has gotten worse. which has sobered up my lofty goals. I believe I am suffering from both Primary MS and a "leaky gut" related disorder. I've experienced 2 relapses within the past month and a half (The normal expected relapse rate is no more than 2 per 2 years.) It is also getting harder and more tiring to move around along with major fatigue, pain and stiffness (along with a lot of other symptoms.)

Therefore, my goals for now:
1. Put Primary MS in remission by following an anti-inflammatory/gut-healing diet as best I can, shadowboxing, qigong, and simple bodyweight movement...health tracking, docotr (I'm leaning more and more toward functional medicine) and rest

Supporting goal
2-Find a job/sources of incomes that will work around my situation. (I will continue gig work)

While I wanted to focus first on building a business and following the FLF, I believe that my body is DEMANDING that I focus on health like I never have before. I will either be a superhero or another statistic....I can't play on the fence like I have been most of my life

Reading FLF and engaging with this forum helped me see how I was focused on chasing the "out there". I would get healthier WHEN I made more money. I would eat right WHEN I got more money. I would make more money, WHEN I got this certification or when I got that 'training".

WHEN is up...I either do or do not...starting with my health

THe Universe has kinda put coaches in my life...from someone I can reach out to about getting adapted to an Autoimmune diet, adapting for boxing, adapting to consistently hitting my macros & calories.....and others. I will continue to reach out to them.

I will not be as active (for now) on this group as I get this sorted out....but I will do periodic updates. I will also leverage this group for ways to increase and diversity my income. Once you get a taste of FLF, you don't want to remain in the Matrix!

Daily Action Target
1-2500+ calorie diet following anti-inflammatory principles (meat, non-starchy vegetables, fat-avocado, olives, etc and berries) Snack: shakes with coconut milk & fermented foods (pickles, coconut yogurt, Supplements: Probiotics, Digestive Enzyme) I have not tried kombucha orkefir, so we'll see) No, I won't be eating the "organic, free range" version of everything, my funds can't do that right now...I can only do my best My plan is to do 6 weeks...see how I'm doing and then reintroduce some foods to see.

2- At least 20 minutes of exercise

3? Not sure

All other goals are on the chopping block for now until further notice

So I applied for a business checking account. This will hold my equity to be used for freelancing and business expenses.

My first project: A book on my first year with Progressive M/S Daily ACtion Target: 250 words/weekday

Other goals are for career value" 30 minutes of deliberate practice with coding (Code on codepen.io) and bookkeeping (enter transactions directly into Quickbooks practice account)

You never want to just gain mass, be more specific and use 'muscle mass' -- fat will add to your overall mass also and who wants that
