Hi i've been in the online community for the last 2 years and have spent countless hours on learning SEO (effective linkbuilding) PPC, CPA, and building websites.

Im also in college doing Commerce and spend about 50% of my time there studying and working on internet marketing/web businesses.

I've Burnt The bridges
My college marks have been severely neglected because i've always had this idea that i will eventually hit it big with IM, and won't need to work.

I have about 1 year of college left, and time is running out fast. So i need to step it up a notch and start making some decent, consistent income or im really F*cked. I've pretty much burnt the bridges and the only way out is to hit it big.

With IM so far i haven't made a consistent income yet, my income mainly is generated from 'thin' affiliate sites which may drop out of the search engines because of there low quality. (especially after this recent Panda update)

My Goal

My goal is to make high quality site/s which add value and can make me a consistent income for years to come. And invest the earnings which I've made so far from my thin affiliate sites into these high quality sites.

I want to diversify my online portfolio by building and ranking multiple sites online in different niches.

My main goal so far is to make $50 a day consistently. My current income is all over the place, some weeks $0 and other weeks i can make $10-$200. I've accumulated some nice savings as well i can invest.

If i can make $50 a day, which is about $350 a week i'll just keep building, scaling up, increase outsourcing, and diversify in other areas like PPC (i would recommend PPC to anyone who as a full-time job and can afford to burn some cash, Paid traffic is where the BIG money is at)

And if i can achieve this $50.00 a day (but keyword: consistently) then in my mind im guaranteed to become a millionaire. $50 a day online = Instant Millionaire.

I plan on keeping a daily to do list for my web business (juggling college and uni at the same time)

My to do list for this week (Money May 16th-20th)

To start back-linking to a high quality site i recently made (call it SITE 1), while finding new niches to enter. I've analysed competition and there back-link profile is pretty weak (about 10 decent quality backlinks should beat them). I know that main keyword im targeting generates about 100-200 unique visitors per day, has about $1.50 CPC.

Find 2 new niches/keywords, analyze the profitability of the niche/keyword, volume of the keyword, and organic competition.

For The Month

Created about 10 high quality back-links for SITE 1, and 20 low quality links for back-link diversification

Found and created a site for 2 new niches, on different servers, with high quality content ready for back-linking.

Mindset
I plan on telling myself the truth everyday, that im F*cked if i don't make the right choices and take action. Im going to get disturbed, to where change has to be MUST and not a SHOULD. I've burnt the bridges. so the only way out is to surge forward :smx4:

Timeframe
Google takes about 2-5 months to rank highly quality sites (if you can get exact match its going to be alot quicker) So if i build 3 decent sites this month, and have a consistent back-link campaign i can expect rankings around September to October this year

How Certain Am I?
I've failed a lot with my online adventure (and will fail more in the future) and every failure i've pick myself up and moved forward. Thus i have a lot of experience.

For each keyword i target. Im 90-99% certain on the following:

- The monetization potential of that keyword (in other words will it make me money?)

- The volume in which the keyword will send me. Is the volume decent?

- Analyzing the strength of competition in terms of the quality of their back-links. I can determine whether they will be too strong, medium, or easy to beat. (i've pretty much mastered this, from past failings)

Law of averages saids i should eventually succeed if i keep at it.

Possible Problems
- Google is unpredictable. With this recent update i've had a high quality site (i spent about 3 months building this site, it started making some money then BANG it got hit with the google dance or slapped from the recent AND Crazy GOOGLE Panda update) and then the rankings drop like a fly. Solution -> diversify, im building more then 1 high quality site. But by doing so im also spreading my efforts (planning in advance and using a to do list will help me with this problem)

Why am i writing this journal?
Im a big fan of Tony Robbins, and have listened to his tapes for the past years (i especially like get the edge, the 7 steps) he has always talked about getting accountability partners, or letting others know what you are doing.

Updates
I will try and keep updates weekly. With the updates i will write what was the most exceptional thing i did for the week, and whats the most exceptional thing i will do next week.

P.S. im not heading into the Fastlane direction yet, i know that but its a stepping stone. If i can make decent income consistently online = income to experiment with my Fastlane ideas. Thus the reason why i said $50 in my mind = A instant millionaire.

I have 1 really great Fastlane idea but it needs about $20k to implement. It will allow me to build a brand, and not be at the mercy of the search engines.
