Hello FastLane members,
This introduction might be a little out of the ordinary here, but I'm currently in high school and aspire to one day own a financial advisory or business management operations consulting company. I currently attend a private school in my area that I love, and I earn exceptional grades. I am looking to either get a degree in Accounting or Finance, which ever I believe will help me the most in the line of business I want to work in.
I mostly want to use this introduction as a chance to find people in a business or consulting back ground. Being in high school, I obviously don't have the education or knowledge required to start a consulting firm. If anyone has any recommendations on books or resources I could use to find information on consulting and business operations in general, I am open to any suggestions. I am hoping that I can at least get a head start.
