I was thinking about something similar today before I read this thread.

For the past couple of months I have been sleeping in later to get more rest. What started out as a way to refresh from long hours of work, has now turned into a bad habit.

Sometimes its 2-3 hours more a day.

3 hours a day x 7 days is 21 hours, almost a full day lost per week.

Which is 45 days a year ( 1.5 months! ).

Taking back those 2-3 hours a day is critical. And it's just not "sleep", its other wasteful things like extra trips out to store, bank, etc.

I'm going to have to cut somethings out to squeeze a bit more in or learn to outsource even more.

Bottom line, you gotta manage your time correctly.

well i missed my time, past week i've not been sleeping so well, staying up 2, 3, 4 am in the morning acting like a dead zombie during the day getting nothing done, i've gotta get this nipped in the bud before it destroys me, i'm already chilling cant warm up at all
