I'm pretty sure I will be heading to New York this fall, to attend StreamCon 2015 (Oct 30th - Nov 1st) as an exhibitor. The attendees and demographic there is a perfect match for my product, but - there are probably others here on the forum who may also have products that they could showcase at this conference.
What it is;
If you have heard of VidCon, this is similar to that, but they are attempting to create something even bigger and with a wider reach than VidCon. They both have in common that they are meetups for big and small social media influencers / "celebrities" - in particular YouTubers, Vine influencers, and vloggers/creators, etc. so it's an awesome opportunity to meet and interact directly with some of today's most influentual internet celebrities (priceless for brand exposure, sponsoring partnerships, etc). As cable companies and tv advertising agencies are struggling (who watches live tv anymore anyway) - the new media is definitely Youtube, Vine, and Instagram. To have your brand embraced by a few of these new stars can be a goldmine for your business.
The expo is being set up in partnership with TubeFilter.com. They're expecting a minimum of 15,000 people, and press and media will be invited as well.

Possibilities;
So, if you have a product / products that are suited for these influencers (and their massive fanbase), you should consider going here and exhibit. They told me selling is actually highly encouraged, so bring a point of sale device such as Square or offer out discounts to passers by. It's also pretty affordable compared to other expos or trade shows. An exhibitor booth is only $2k for a 10x10 ft. including 3 exhibition passes.
Or...
Ever dreamed of being a booth babe / booth dude? Now's your chance, lol. I will have 2 extra passes, and could actually use some help at the booth!
(my product is in my signature here for those who don't know). In return for booth help, I would be happy to offer mentorship, and we could hang out during after show hours and what not.
Or...
Maybe some of you Fastlaners just want to meet up when I'm in NY (I've never been!). I'll be staying very close to the Jacob K. Javits Center, right on the Hudson River (655 West 34th Street)
So who's coming?
