Basically just had my 2nd, and real FTE and I'm done playing games. So looking to make income online any kind of way. Just need to know I can trust said person. And most people here are.

So has anyone here followed anyones course, group, tutorial or anything and been successful?

I'll follow suit.

Don't mistake mentorship for 1-1 hand holding.

This entire forum is a giant system of mentorship. Consider all of the GOLD, Notable, and sometimes even unbranded threads across the forum. Each one of them is a mentor. Not by way of holding your hand, but by way of showing you how they've achieved their success.

Trust me friend - the sooner you realize this, the sooner you can get on with your life. Kill your sweet little ego and refuse to ask for hand-holding - at best it can give you information you could have found yourself, albeit at a GURU certified cost, and at worst it will prevent you from learning to surrender to the uncertainty of life and taking risks, which will most certainly hold you back from any success.

Refer to all of the success and magic sprinkled across this forum and use those lessons learned to build yourself up. Build friendships with the users on the forum by way of contributing, sharing what you know, asking pertinent questions, and you can quickly elevate yourself up.

Last note. On the topic of FTE: if you've truly hit an FTE, then you will not be asking anybody for mentorship. A true FTE gets you to move forward in contributing to society, with what you know, with all odds stacked against you, not giving a single shit while sailing your battered boat through the stormy seas.

Courses and tutorial are only suitable for very goal specific task like weight loss, exercise regiment, learning to code.

The more open ended your goal is it is become far less coachable.

Like MJ said 67 step by step route map was a series of non-stop testing, fail, retest and go on…

I find that paying for information and courses gets me more likely to finish them.
And a mentor can surely give you personalized advice.
But still, like you say, you certainly don't need 1-on-1 advice everytime. I've found a lot of info myself. Starting from this forum. Just a lot of digging

I'm a bit confused on the ego part. Wouldn't letting go of ego mean you are willing to admit you dont know anything and ask for help? I did the opposite and it was surely ego. Now after bumping me head over and over. Tripping over and over I've learned to get over my ego

TO build off that.. Some people simply need help. Some just keep grinding and make it yeah. But no matter how hard a guy tried to build an apartment complex out of beach sand; it wont work. Remember MJs story about the two brothers who built a pyramid? One used wit and knowledge and succeeded while one tried to do it brick by brick and ended up dying of a stroke despite hard work and constant working out.

But yes work work work, grind grind grind. Very aware circa late 2010s. Just looking for a path to actually focus on in doing so from trusted source(s).

Oh yeah, also did exactly that with a unstrustworthy source. Had a FB group and everything and they turned out to be scam artists. So sometimes its deeper than just "do the work". Albeit you bring up great points about ego. It's a bitch.

I'll start by looking around for what people are reporting/teaching then return with something more specific.

Oh and the last time I was "not giving a single shit while sailing your battered boat through the stormy seas." I was trying to start a business while homeless. Because you know, determination, grit, grind! Sail your boat through battered seas! Didnt work. Learned I needed more than grit and determination. Direction, capital, focus, much more important from my life experience.
