I know a lot of the great posts are buried, so my question to you all who want to make their millions in the solid real estate professions: what do you want to know? Should we bring up old topics so that new people see them, or are there new areas that SteveO, AroundTheWorld, and others can answer that have not yet been discussed? Personally, I think some of the old posts have some of the best info. Shall we bump them up for any of the newer 12,000 registered members?
