What Productivity Books are the best according to y'all?

I am due for a re-read!

I have been recommending Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals and Algorithm to Live by: The Computer Science of Human Decisions a lot recently.

Now what is that book?

It reinforced my belief that extreme simplification can lead to extreme results. People do too much. They spend time on 20 unimportant tasks at the expense of dedicating themselves to that one task that would produce 10x better results and in less time.

Similarly, Essentialism. Great book.

The idea is to cut down things you don't need to do instead of mindlessly saying yes to everything.
