Throwing all textbook definitions aside, what would you consider an entrepreneur? There is no right answer, this is more of a philosophical question.

A small business owner who puts their savings into their B&M storefront earn a living for their family?

Sean Parker founded Napster. While the company itself was overall a failure, look at the changes in the music industry since this took place. From CDs to iTunes and Mp3 being the norm.

A person who runs an eCommerce store that makes a successful living by selling sports gear?

I think my personal definition for an entrepreneur is somebody who seeks to change the world for the better and succeeds in some way, regardless of monetary gain.
