I work for 30 minute blocks and then do 5 exercises for about a minute each.as the question says What do you do to take breaks using Pomodoro or time block?
the break is 5-15 minutes and the goal is not to get distracted, lose focus or energy during the short break.
what do you do to recharge?
Jumping jacks, pushups, curls, etc. Just enough to get away from the desk and get the blood pumping, but not enough to be really distracting.
