Develop a shopify app that allows customers to donate a small sum to save the bees. Use the small sum to subsidise wild seed planting projects.

Brand the app so that it becomes a selling point to ethical ecom stores - Like intel do in computing.

Build a business by owning the production of the seeds.

Revolutionise bee equipment to make bee business easier and fun for younger generations to come.
With buying this new equipment comes a nice website for beekeepers where is useful information for users.
Youtube channel with of beekeeping tutorials and some of your product marketing and other beekeepers. (some profits from the channel got to bees as well).

Benefits will be for everyone who will start a business in this niche.

Sounds good to me what do you guys think?

How about selling something popular in garden category and bundling it with a bee house (I mean those small ones that people can put on their garden that are not meant for commercial honey production). So basically people would get a free bee house. Then incentivize them to post a photo of the bee house in their garden on social media. Maybe give a coupon code to everyone or draw a prize every week for those who submitted photos. This is to make sure that the bee house actually goes to use and doesn't gather dust in garage. And it's also content for social media. If there is profit left, donate it to some bee related charity.
