A couple months ago one of my good friends and partial investor said he was interested in investing to have me create an online adult toy store. He said he'd pay for the advertising and for my time to set it up and would be willing to drop a maximum of $5k on startup inventory (which he's done all of except the inventory, I told him we'd be best off to drop ship just to test the market)
I'm to the point I'm thinking I either entered a market that is too saturated or I'm not adding enough value.
Could you please critique this so I know weather to change angles or drop the project?

PS. We get about 2500 uniques / month and have had 1 sale and 3 incomplete checkouts.
I assumed going into this we'd have a conversion rate of about 1:100 not 1:5000
We advertise on FB, 2 Forums, POF and AdWords
