I didn't think I needed to do research either. But as I'm developing my ideas for the audiobook I'm working on, I've been doing research on some of the ideas I've been working through. I wrote and published 2 books a couple of years ago. The audio version of the main book will be twice as long. I'm enjoying the creative moment. Are you working on books or other types of writing?

The other day, I started a new story. We'll see how it goes and worth reading at all. I was just thinking the other day audiobooks was something to focus on because they used to have a library of them and of course Large Print is a necessity.

HEALTH  Thread 'My experience in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT)'

So this last Tuesday I spent 1 hour in a hyperbaric chamber as an added proactive, and preventive health measure in my life.

HBOT therapy, while an element of danger involved, has been around for 30 years. And it has been instrumental in helping people recover from various injuries as well as a treatment for Alzheimers and Parkinsons. Here's a video that's worthwhile to watch.

What brought me to the chamber was a combination of things:

#1) My father was diagnosed with Alzheimers at a young age...
