We just got home from a 12-day vacation. It was lovely.
This week I’m gonna:
1. Catch up on all the bookkeeping from when we were gone.
2. Weather permitting, set the trusses for the shed roof on our on-site rehab project. We’ll be using our crane to lift them in place.
3. Start collecting November’s rent from my tenants.
4. Work on writing my audiobook. I’ve been stuck on a segment for a while. I’ll work my way out of that corner.
5. Check everything to get ready for winter.
6. Start getting all the furnace filters changed, on-demand water heaters serviced, and smoke detectors checked in the rentals.
‘Ol Man Winter is coming soon. I must be ready for him.
