Web hosting advice Please :)

I'm soon to start working on my website.

I just have not decided on a web hosting provider yet, it seems all the reviews I read are completely bias and unreliable.

I'm not an expert when it comes to making websites, but I'm no novice either.

If possible I'd like my web host provider to provide me with:

-blog
-forums
-e-commerce capability's
-fantastic up time
-heavy traffic with good speed
-good Web site builder
-Huge amount of disk space
-image hosting
-E-mail
-great upload speeds

I know this may seemingly sound like alot that I ask. From your experiences do any web hosting providers offer these things?

Worst case scenario i build the site and go to publish it and get some error b*** s***.
This is what I am trying to avoid, thank you
