Virtual Wholesaling

Anyone hear ever set up the ability to do virtual wholesaling form yoru
remote location all over the country?

Is this possible to do? With strong marketing I would assume you could
open up the floodgates to massive amounts of leads and buyers, but
was curious if you'd rather do it this way or stay within your area?

Joe, We market all over the States, As the Real Estate Market is declining we are still doing well here in the Dallas Tx, Area, We are getting investors some great deals here.
You should never limit yourself, if you want to suceed .

Thanks for the feedback. that is what I was thinking. we have a website that pulls leds from all over ohio - many come from across the state.

do you typically put offers on these and get them under contract in your area, then work to analyze and assign them to someone else?

Just curious as to how to work this without ever leaving the house.

Joe, we work directly from our office, we have agents , and certain birdogs that we work with togethar our info, if its a deal than well either get it under contract with the rights to assign, or well buy it ourselves and then resale.
