I have a relatively simple, yet very subjective question to ask involving real estate.
I am currently in the process of a start up after being an "affiliate marketer" for the previous 2 years. My startup goes live August 7th and I am extremely confident in it being a successful venture since I believe myself to be well acclimated with the marketing side of things.
That being said, I have always imagined real estate investing as sort of my 'end game.' Meaning, I wanted to build up a solid amount of capital and/or consistent revenue beforehand and then dive into the real estate game and have a nice fund to back me up in doing so.
My question to you guys (and gals) would be this; what amount of capital would be sufficient to begin in real estate in a big way?
I realize that question has many factors including location, goals, etc.. but just as a general rule of thumb I am curious what number I should set as a goal.
