A few months ago I posted that I had yet to close any deals in Real Estate, but I just wanted to share on the forum that my first deal closed in September and it was helping an investor client add to his real estate portfolio! It was a honor being able to share my skill set and add value. Next Wednesday I have my 2nd closing with helping a first time home buyer get into a new construction home. It has been tough but being able to help these clients get to the closing table has been an amazing experience.
Now, being that it has been only one closing with a second one coming up, I have been struggling with getting by day to day life. I was struggling with the idea of getting a J-O-B because I almost felt like I was giving up on my real estate career, what are your thoughts on this? Is it a limiting belief to have? That being said, I have been applying to part time for the evening and I have an interview on Monday.
Just wanted to give a little update on some of the smaller successes I have had recently. Let me know your thoughts on the J-O-B part, I have been thinking about it a lot. or just your thoughts in general!
