I kinda make a hobby out of trying to notice trends. One day I may be able to notice trends before they become obvious to everyone else. Yesterday I was at the local chain book store. It's a large chain, relatively small store. I noticed that the real estate selections were a very small group. General motivational books were in a large section and tech business books were in an equally large section. Bottom line, RE books aren't selling. duh. So, based on my arcane observations, are we headed for another tech run up?:cheers:
