Complete paradigm shift. Pure enlightenment. These are almost grandiose terms. But after going through this book for the 3rd plus time (and listening on audio), that's what I have to say. I've recommended the book to at least 6+ people - gave it to 2 others.
I wrote a list of a few things that I wanted to share, the title is:
2. NEW DEFINITION OF WEALTH : Wealth = Asset Value + Net Income... Not just "passive income"
3. RAPID WEALTH CREATION - Requires rapid asset creation + liquidation .... not building scattered passive income streams
4. SYSTEMS - choose right systems, the more controllable and predictable the better
5. PARADIGM SHIFT - producer mindset vs. consumer (99% of us are born into the latter category)
6. CAUSE OF POVERTY - poverty caused by decision to a) stay on team consumer vs. join team producer (and lack of
knowledge of which team you are born into) -A CHOICE - b) consuming more than you produce
7. CHASING MONEY IS A GROSS MIS-ALLOCATION OF TIME - money can only be attracted not caught through a chase
8. MISSING INGREDIENT OF A 'RUNAWAY SUCCESS BUSINESS' - focus on evergreen needs and problems not trends and fads
9. CHOOSING THE RIGHT MARKET - Look for industries with higher barriers to entry for more stable profits. Competition and high barriers to entry aren't a bad thing.
10. WHAT REALLY GIVE YOU THE FREEDOM TO CREATE & WORK ON PASSION PROJECTS IN THE LONG RUN - Business monogamy allows you to practice crazy fun "business polygamy" down the road...do what you have to do and what most people won't do (focus)....and you can do what you WANT TO DO
....What are the top 10 ways your mindset has been changed ("paradigm shifted") after reading, studying and applying the book?
