Dear Fastlaners,
I'd like to request a brief feedback from you on my WADM.
I am in the Slowlane and in the early beginning stage to take executions for an online business that takes advantage of several distribution systems, so I can join the Fastlane (I am still doing researches on many things).
I am also facing several options in my life, from which I must pick pretty soon.
I am in my 20's with a relatively cushy salary job in a countryside in US that pays me barely alright, but still enough to pay bills and what not. Salary ceiling is not high. I have met very few people here I care about, but I do care about them. It is still not a place I want to live in for too long.
My supportive parents are asking me to move to their state, so I make more $ doing my job. My job there will pay minimum, $30,000 more/year and the salary ceiling is much higher. But high taxes and cost of living will follow. They are not against Fastlane, but what they mainly know is getting a good job, and they are nearly begging me to move up there and live with them, which will save me money).
I also have been considering to move back to a bigger city/area in the same state, where I used to live. I got a few very good friends and a supportive church there and the job there will pay $10,000/year more but the ceiling is barely higher than here. Business climate there is awesome. Not bad cost of living and taxes.
My WADM clearly shows moving to either of the possible areas is much better than where I am now.
However, here's one factor I did not include in my WADM.
My job here comes with a lot of extra time and easiness. So I have time and mental capabilities to keep the job until my idea gets executed to a thriving business. Job is a job after all that needs to be ditched, but I am not really stressed out there. However, if I move, I am not 100% sure if the job situations will be like now. It will at least be somewhat like now, but there is a risk of me getting much busier or stressing out. I am concerned that moving will bring me distraction from executions. Besides, when my business starts rolling, my location will probably become less important to me, as I become financially independent and gain more control of my own destiny. Moving my business to a bigger city will be easier than looking for a new job. I'm thinking instead of focusing on moving, I should rather focus on persistent and steady executions. But I also have thoughts that I should be careful and safe in my career and Slowlane finance until my Fastlane vehicle is ready to roll (Maybe I am being too cautious).
Any feedback from Fastlaners? Brutally honest feedback is welcome.
