I have an online business idea but I need hours of work a day in front of my laptop (which is all I have) but I've noticed my right eye is starting to be myopic. My right eye's vision is now blurry over 20 meters. Do you guys have any tips on how to prevent any eye damages while working for hours a day? I tried searching for past threads but didn't find any.
