Overall a pretty good article. I liked the bit about choosing the right category because some categories would require a lot more views than others in order to make it to the most viewed in that category. Also the post launch plan to keep the ball rolling was insightful.

One of my favorite promotional viral videos is from the Dollar Shave Club. It seems for the most part it followed the same outline in the article except they placed it in the comedy category which requires a ton more views to be listed as most viewed.
