Hello!
My name is Mykhailo (or Mike for short). I've been doing game development for 10 years.
After reading the Unscripted book, I looked in the mirror and accepted that I don't want to work for someone anymore and that it's time to take my life into my own hands.
It wasn't a full-blown FTM, but I can't see any way to continue working as an employee.
The next thing was to find a way to create value for the people or businesses.
After researching the places where my skill set can be valuable, I found a niche in creating learning games for businesses.
Many big companies, like McDonald's and Walmart, have already switched to a more native, automated way of onboarding people through games.
I genuinely feel this experience and solution can be democratized for small and medium businesses as well.
Now I'm searching for people who might be interested in making their onboarding experience more exciting and automated.
Especially when the younger generation has a hard time focusing, gaming solutions can address two issues at once.
I'm super excited and scared to join the forum, and I hope to provide value to the forum's members and find the much-needed community.
Last but not least, big thanks to MJ DeMarco for sharing such a needed entrepreneurial philosophy.
