Some time ago, I stumbled upon a video on youtube called "The Myth Of The "Self-Made" Billionaire". Watching it, I've found so many things wrong about the main ideea, the fact that all "self-made" billionaires are not self-made and that there are a multitude of reasons that determined their success, later assuming that hard work and 100 hours work-weeks are not the reason why they succeded. It reflects the "dark truth" about this myth saying: "we are tricked into thinking that self-made wealth is a reality and, we can as well one day become rich too, so because of this the minority is supported into, you know... - paying less taxes etc, even if they are already taxed too low". Some of those things are real, but masked under a lot of additions, leaving no point, making the overall presentation a mix of trash poured onto the reality. At least that's what I think. In the end, the most dangerous concept is that it tries to kill the purpose of the viewer (wanting to become rich), without suggesting any solution to our current ife situation. Just highlights "the trap". This was just my small opinion on it, but I am not going to critique this video for now, I want to hear what you think about it. For me, and for what MJ's books taught me, there are just too many things wrong about each statement. Maybe I'm wrong, or maybe there are more truths than I think. I want to hear more.
