i was messing around on a site I stumbled on that supposedly crunches the numbers to see how much a website is worth based on it statistics. its called cubestat.com

apparently thefastlanetomillions.com is worth $18,520.83

a little undervalued I think, since the fastlane is a community that shares a tremendous wealth of information and is a springboard for MJ's book.

still its interesting to look at:

www.thefastlanetomillions.com estimated worth and web stat from Cubestat

I checked some of my sites on the calculator, ad revenues statistic seem reasonable.

However there's something kind of odd in their assumptions, their price is based on a 50% return/year, i.e., earnings for one year ($25,37 * 365 = $9,260.05) are 50% of the site value.

You might justifie this saying that websites are risky business but if you look at growth potencial it would be crazy to sell for 2 * earnings.
