Hi everybody!!!
First of all this is my first post, my english is very basic so maybe i need to translate on googles.
I'm a 23 Argentinian boy, and I'm studying MBA, i have a great idea, but i don't know anything about coding so i can't do almost nothing.
The question is the next:
I have some friends studying system engineer. For developing the idea i think that we need 2 engineer, plus my mother that has a MBA and 28 years of experience for marketing and sales.
I don't know to start at 25%/25%/25%/25% profit distribution so nobody complains about it,
I don't wanna do it in this way because they will be only "executers" but in the other side they are very close relationships and i don't know how to raise the situation to start.
Again sorry for my English, if is there any doubt i'll response quickly.
