Not quite sure, but the people behind the concept seem to be some smart people... they serve 4x the customers on the same amount of land.
I wouldn't be surprised if they LOWERED the expenses on top of becoming 4 times more productive.

Do you think it has significantly reduced the % of potential customers' who would otherwise take a pass due to long queues?
Sometimes, admittedly, I wonder whether these types of solutions just speed up sales as opposed to increase them.
