I have 10+ years of IT Consulting and in Technical field. I also have one more employee working for my company for a client(there are middle layers- not direct client). I also referred several consultants
to others. I was wondering what is the criteria to become supplier for big names like IBM,Accenture or even to start with small. Or best way to make direct clients? Will hiring an account Manager will help?
If yes, normally how much salary are we looking for?
