I would like to invest in potential e-businesses that have a track record of revenues. Not million dollar companies just something that would have a ROI in 6-12 months with a potential of expanding its services/revenues in the future.
Would anyone care to share their experiences with purchasing such businesses. I would very much appreciate it.
To be on the safe side when it comes to due dillegence and minimizing risks, I am thinking about hiring a professional consulting company that altready has an established portofolio in buying and selling online businesses. Would anyone recommend any that you have already dealt with with success or know someone who did?
I know marketplaces like flippa but due to fraud and scams associated with it i wouldn't want to throw my savings into riskier deals.
