Thanks to S928 for finding this video ... I knew bits and pieces of Stallone's story, but when you get into the details, it is really incredible.
Some key points:
1) Changing your entrepreneurial premise -- Sly did this (from himself to others) and changed his outcomes.
2) Knowing when to change your approach to achieve different results. (Doing the same thing over-and-over again will yield identical outcomes)
3) Having a firm vision for yourself and aligning your choices with that vision.
4) FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS -- not too many people are willing to take the sacrifices he did which is why, not many people achieve his level of success.
