There's something to it.
There's a whole lot of woohoo shit about subconscious programming, but here's the deal: not all methods are created equal.

Take habit formation, for instance. It's a big piece of the subconscious programming puzzle.
Imagine you've got to hit 100 sales calls each day to keep your numbers up. Suppose you train your brain to find this task easier, more rewarding, and even fun. In that case, you're crafting a powerful habit to drive your business forward and boost your wealth. After all, consistent habits are the backbone of success.

And what about meditation? It heightens self-awareness, reduces stress levels, and sharpens your focus and concentration. Do you see how these benefits could supercharge your ability to engage in deep work?

Then there's the concept of being a bit of Delulu... Yes, a touch of delusion! If you genuinely believe you can achieve something, chances are, you're on the right track. This belief makes it easier to step into the shoes of a doer, someone who gets things done.
Steve Jobs said it best: 'The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.'
But, of course, belief alone isn't enough - It is all about action.
