Hi guys,

I am Tobias and i am 37 years old from germany (but don't live there). I am an engineer and working as an Engineer Expat for a german automotive brand. I just read the millionaire mindset and it really connected with me as i have had the thoughts of leaving my job for quite a while.

Currently i am not earning bad (as i am an expatriate abroad - currently china).
I have two rental properties in germany with have about 730k debts on them but are worth around 1.1 million euro, so there is some net worth here. Those properties also generate a positive cash flow. Additionally saved up around 50k and our company is having severance packages (around 80k euros for me) this year. Now i am really tickled to take this severance offer end of the year.

I already started an e-commerce business before but this in the process of closing down as it was in a different country i used to live before.
Currently i am studying the books out there really hard to find what niche, wants and needs i could fill.

I will keep you posted about my efforts here and i am looking forward to exchanges with the members here !
