You are still 1 year later at almost same stage.

Look what I did with one of my failed products in 3 months.

Made custom products with some videos inside, custom 3x products, custom website (outsourced) i made quick simple design , custom packaging (outsourced designer), custom pictures of products, branding, custom text ,amazon keyword text research, 5000 pcs delievered to amazon FBA US, custom logo, talking with Chinese companies, delievered to amazon FBA by air and sea.


Talking with chinese companies is pain in the a$$. I'm happy that this project didn't work in one way. Since working and managing stock from China is EXTREMLY hard. Most are just resellers . Second you need to tell them 1000x times same thing. 3rd they dont give a crap about quality, effectivness.

Did all that in 3-4 months. Yes you can call me crazy. I have also a lot of experience by being fast. That's why i almost burned out.

Anyway now back to you. Make it happen but not that slow. Otherwise you'll launch in 10 years.

Noted thank you , I'm just really nervous to make the same mistakes with a manufacturer again .

I am leaning more towards a supplier in the Us instead now because of the struggles with Chinese manufacturers
