Speedway pass

How do you get a speedway pass?

I've got 118 speed points. Are these different from the kph needed for the Speedway?

Forum doesn’t run off of KPH anymore, I think it’s decided by likes. Maybe once you hit 100 or 200 you get the speedway pass.

Must be to do with privacy settings.
