Lately i have been swamped and have resorted to not watching youtube unless it is useful to my life and stumbled upon this playlist and this guy is pretty entertaining when it comes to analysis of companies. Maybe useful for the younger FLF members.

Having the same problem as you. Getting strangled in the algorithm really wastes my time.. I can't even delete it on my phone. Thanks for the tip!

We all have fallen victim to it. Main thing is awareness and action towards changing the habit. For some of us it took years of deprogramming to stop watching mindless sports and entertainment.

You can !
If you have an iphone it doesn't even come preinstalled.
If you have an android do this , follow the instructions, the app shows as "com.google.android.youtube"

I have a love and hate relationship with youtube. I can learn awesome things, (I can learn to cook from freakin' Gordon Ramsey !!!) but I can also consume it to the point it's no longer useful.
Not watching it on the phone is a great starting point from now, but I've gone periods without and then I'll reinstall it
