It sounds like you are doing a ton of work.

Where are most of your sales coming from? Can you cut out a ton of the different posting on platforms you're doing, and focus some of that time into the most productive outlet?

Also, how are you selling the book? Do you not have access to the customer data?

99% of sales come from Amazon, which I advertise on (and have a guy who manages the ads for me). I do have a good amount of customer data, mostly from Amazon ads keywords and my Fb group.

Potentially my biggest hurdle is that I'm spending a ton of time on building things (books) that don't bring in much revenue per sale. Perhaps a good amount of authority, but not much money.

Amazon makes it hard for my country because of some political issues.

But I think you may be sitting on acres and acres of diamonds.
Isaac, no problem brother. You are a fierce entrepreneur for even trying, with your challenges. We all have them, but I'm rooting for you, especially when I take Amazon in the US for granted.

By the way, what's the water situation like in your country? Uganda, right?
