What is the lowest ranked website in the United States with the highest profit margin?

coolmath.com has an estimated worth of about $1M with a rank of 101 according to worthoftheweb.com while bodybuilding.com is estimated to be worth about $22M with a rank of 826.

I know this is totally ignoring their individual industries. I'm just curious.
