Has anyone else tried taping their mouth to sleep better? I've been using a small strip masking/ painter's tape for the last week and can finally sleep through the whole night without waking.

I find I also get a better nights sleep when wearing a nose strip.

Have not - didn't know this was a thing. Interesting, I have put on some weight and find myself (from my wife) that I am snoring maybe some duct tape and a ball gag could solve this issue - fix the issue at hand..

I've tried nose strips and they work about 50% of the time. I do have a deviated septum so they may not work as well in that case.

You'll have to gag her 24/7 to stop the droning in the daytime though

Very simple
a) assess your lifestyle. I found some allergies, that blocked breathing through my nose.

b) train yourself to find a better sleeping position, e.g. sleep on your side, or with your head turned to one side.
